| Respiratory Diseases and Acids |
| |
| In our regular practice, In acute conditions, there are three possibilities in our prescription based upon Similimum- |
- To give Sac Lac (In cases where the state of the patient is not disturbed and his vitality is intact)
- To repeat the constitutional remedy (In cases where state of the patient is disturbed but same and his vitality is lowered) and
- To give medicine depending upon present acute picture.
|
| |
If we talk about the third possibility, in acute conditions, lets say in Respiratory System as, the topic which we are discussing this time, though our acute prescription covers generals, mentals and particulars of the remedy, our list of prescribing medicines will contain some standard polycrests or other rare remedies with certain peculiar symptoms, like Belladonna, Bryonia, Phosphorous, Arsenic Alb, Pulsatilla, etc.
Have we anytime thought about Acid group remedies in Respiratory acutes?
In fact, most of the acids have marked affinity for Respiratory System. Some acids are well proved, some are partially proved and some are not at all proved. So, let’s talk about the well proved ones which we can practically prescribe. We will see the acute picture of them in the background of general totality. |
